Terms and Conditions for Ant’s Photography

Welcome to Ant’s Photography! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined below. This agreement shall serve as a legally binding contract between you and Ant’s Photography if no separate signed agreement is provided.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or booking a session, you agree that:

  • These Terms and Conditions constitute the full agreement in the absence of a signed contract.

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/legal guardian consent.

2. Service Area

Ant’s Photography currently serves clients within Connecticut. Any bookings made outside of this area must be approved in writing.

3. Deposits and Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit amount will be disclosed at the time of booking.

  • Final payment is due by the date of the session unless otherwise agreed.

  • Failure to pay in full may result in delayed delivery of your gallery or services.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session to reschedule without forfeiting your deposit.

  • No-shows or cancellations within 72 hours may forfeit the deposit and require a new booking.

  • Refunds are not issued for completed services or digital products.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Ant’s Photography to resolve a concern is a violation of these terms and may result in:

  • Immediate termination of services

  • Public release of non-watermarked images for marketing purposes until the dispute is resolved and payment is received in full

6. Marketing Usage

Ant’s Photography respects your privacy. We always ask for written permission before using any client photos for marketing, social media, website, or promotional purposes.

In cases of non-payment, we reserve the right to use images from your session for marketing purposes until full payment is received and permission is granted. Once payment is made in full, you may request that your images be removed from any marketing use.

7. Image Delivery

  • Images are delivered via a secure online gallery within the timeline outlined per package.

  • Print rights and download limits are subject to your selected package.

8. Rescheduling

Ant’s Photography allows one reschedule per booking, provided we are notified at least 48 hours in advance. Additional reschedules may incur a fee.

9. Client Conduct

Clients agree to conduct themselves respectfully. We reserve the right to cancel any session due to inappropriate behavior or safety concerns, with no refund of the deposit.

10. Liability

Ant’s Photography is not liable for:

  • Missed moments due to late arrival or non-cooperation

  • Weather interruptions for outdoor sessions

  • Data loss due to unforeseen technical failures (though backups are maintained)

11. Ownership and Copyright

  • Ant’s Photography retains copyright over all images captured.

  • Clients receive personal usage rights unless commercial licensing is purchased.

12. Modifications

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site and booking services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
