RSVP Terms of Use
These Terms of Use apply to the Ant's Photography RSVP system. By creating an account or using the RSVP system, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the RSVP System
The RSVP system is provided by Ant's Photography to help users create event pages, collect RSVPs, and manage guest information.
Free accounts are provided as a convenience and may include Ant's Photography branding. Premium features may be included when booking photography services with Ant's Photography.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for the accuracy of the event information you publish.
You must not use the RSVP system for spam, fraud, harassment, illegal content, or abusive activity.
3. Free and Premium Features
Free RSVP accounts include limited features. Premium planning tools may require booking photography services with Ant's Photography.
Ant's Photography may change, limit, or remove free features at any time.
4. Event and Guest Data
You must have permission to enter or upload guest information. Event hosts are responsible for how they use their guest lists.
Ant's Photography may remove content or disable accounts that misuse the system.
5. Marketing and Communication
By creating an account, you agree that Ant's Photography may send account, RSVP, service, business, newsletter, and marketing communication.
You may request removal from marketing communication, but system-related messages may still be sent when needed to operate the service.
6. Availability
The RSVP system is provided as-is. Ant's Photography does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Free accounts may be changed, limited, or discontinued.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ant's Photography is not responsible for missed RSVPs, incorrect event details, lost data, delivery issues, email spam filtering, or event-related disputes.
8. Termination
Ant's Photography may disable or delete accounts that violate these terms, misuse the system, or create risk.

10. Effective Date
These terms are effective as of June 10, 2026. They may be updated from time to time, and the effective date above will be updated when changes are made.
