1. Ownership: Ant's Photography is a trade name and a brand operated by Arsenal Computing LLC. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and logos associated with Ant's Photography, are owned by Arsenal Computing LLC.

2. Services: Ant's Photography provides professional photography services, including but not limited to wedding photography, event photography, and portrait photography. The scope of our services will be defined and agreed upon in writing between Ant's Photography and the client.

3. Copyright and Usage: All photographs captured and delivered by Ant's Photography remain the exclusive property of Arsenal Computing LLC. As the client, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photographs for personal purposes only. Any commercial use, reproduction, or distribution of the photographs without the written consent of Arsenal Computing LLC is strictly prohibited.

4. Privacy: Ant's Photography respects your privacy and is committed to protecting any personal information collected during the provision of our services. We will handle your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found on our website.

5. Client Cooperation: As the client, you agree to cooperate with Ant's Photography and provide accurate and necessary information to ensure the smooth execution of our services. This includes providing details of the event, access to the venue, and coordination with other vendors involved.

6. Payment and Cancellation: Payment terms and conditions, including pricing and deposit requirements, will be outlined in the written agreement between Ant's Photography and the client. In the event of cancellation, any deposits paid may be subject to non-refundable terms as specified in the agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability: Ant's Photography will take all reasonable measures to capture and deliver high-quality photographs. However, in the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues, our liability will be limited to the refund of any fees paid or the re-shooting of the event at our discretion.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Arsenal Computing LLC is located. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
